Refund Policy
The completion guarantee. If you do the work and walk away without a plan, you do not pay. Finish the course and apply what you learn. If by the end of Unit 6 you do not have a complete workout plan and a complete nutrition plan built for yourself, email me and you get a full refund. No friction. No follow-up questions about your goals or your discipline.
This guarantee exists because I am confident the system works when you actually use it. The rest of this page explains the details.
1. What the guarantee covers
You are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the Self-Coaching Course if all of the following are true:
- You completed all 6 units of the course
- You followed the framework and attempted to build your own workout plan and nutrition plan
- By the end of the course, you do not have a complete workout plan and a complete nutrition plan that you built yourself
- You requested the refund within 14 days of your purchase date
The 14-day window gives you enough time to go through the course at a normal pace, apply the concepts, and decide whether you got what you paid for.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to tarek@tarekelkhayat.com with the subject line "Refund request". In the email, include:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The approximate date of your purchase
- A one-line note about which part of the framework you tried
You do not need to send screenshots or justify your reasoning. The one-line note just helps me understand where the course fell short so I can improve it. As stated above: no follow-up questions about your goals or your discipline.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. You should see the refund appear on your card or account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable. When you bought the course, Stripe charged us a payment processing fee (typically a small percentage plus a fixed amount per transaction). Stripe does not return this fee to us when we refund you. That fee is deducted from your refund. The exact amount depends on your country and payment method, but it is usually around 3 to 5 EUR per refund.
Once a refund is issued, your access to the course and the included tools will be removed.
4. What the guarantee does not cover
To keep this honest on both sides, the guarantee does not cover:
- Buyer's remorse without finishing the course. If you bought the course, watched the first unit, and decided it is not for you, that is not what the completion guarantee is for. The guarantee is specifically about whether the system delivers what it promises when you actually do the work.
- Chargebacks instead of refund requests. If you have a problem, email me first. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting me first may result in your account being terminated, and we may dispute the chargeback with evidence of access and activity.
- Specific physical results. The course teaches you how to build plans for yourself. It does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, or any specific body composition outcome. Those depend on you.
5. Special cases
If you bought the course and ran into a real problem (a medical situation, a personal emergency, a billing error, technical issues that prevented access), email me. I will work it out with you on a case-by-case basis. The completion guarantee is the minimum I owe you. I will usually do more if the situation calls for it.
6. The weekly call (first 200 buyers)
If you were among the first 200 buyers and received access to the weekly group video call during the first month, the same refund policy applies to your full purchase. There is no separate charge or refund for the calls.
