Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Self-Coaching Course and any related tools, content, communications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TKCoaching LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Self-Coaching Course is a digital educational product that may include:
- Pre-recorded video lessons across multiple units
- Written companion materials and PDFs
- Access to web-based tools such as a meal plan generator and a workout plan builder
- For a limited number of buyers, a weekly group video call with Tarek for one month after registration
You buy a single license for personal use. Your purchase grants you ongoing access for as long as we operate the Service. We will give reasonable notice if we ever decide to discontinue the Service.

You access the Service through an account tied to the email address used at the time of purchase. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and not to share your account with anyone else. Only one active session per account is allowed at a time. Sharing your account, redistributing content, or attempting to bypass access controls may result in your account being suspended or terminated without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly post the course materials in any form
- Use the content to create a competing product or service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the tools or platform
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Service, including videos, PDFs, written materials, tool design, code, branding, and the underlying frameworks, is owned by TKCoaching LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In short, if you complete the course and do not have a complete workout plan and a complete nutrition plan built for yourself by the end of Unit 6, you can request a full refund by emailing us. 7. Educational purpose, not professional advice
Important. The Self-Coaching Course is educational content about fitness, training, and nutrition. It is not medical advice, dietetic advice, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.
You should consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating.
Results from any fitness program vary from person to person and depend on factors outside of our control, including your genetics, effort, consistency, and starting point. We make no guarantees about specific physical results, weight changes, or performance outcomes.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific features or tools will remain available indefinitely.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TKCoaching LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of content or abusive behavior toward other participants or to us. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue before terminating.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you want your account and associated data deleted, email us at tarek@tarekelkhayat.com.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
